Franchise Sales Executive
Base salary + Commission + Benefits
The Franchise Sales Executive is responsible for developing a candidate pipeline to facilitate new sales/re-sales resulting in the optimum sales being completed on an annual basis. The position will make extensive use of leveraging broker networks in identifying, qualifying, and educating franchise prospects and monitoring new franchisees thru new owner processes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Proactively identify potential conversion prospects in the territory
· Experience in selling to Owner/Operators
· Schedule any peripheral marketing material to be mailed or emailed to ongoing prospects
· Ensure proper disclosure practices for all active prospects
· Proactively build effective working relationships with Franchise Brokers/Consultants
· Update and maintain reports for EVP of Development including weekly sales summary activity and monthly sales forecast
· Consistently and accurately record all sales activity into current FranConnect platform
· Maintain thorough knowledge of all competitive Franchise Disclosure Documents
