    Base Salary, Bonus, complete Benefits Package.

     

    SCOPE:

     

    To oversee the production and distribution of pizza dough at the Commissary ensuring that dough quality consistently meets Company standards.

     

     

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

     


    • Oversees the daily production and distribution of pizza dough for Company's restaurants ensuring that the dough quality consistently meets Company standards and that production levels are maintained to meet the sales requirements for Company restaurants.
    • Monitors the daily dough production process and ensures that all recipe, sanitation and quality control standards are followed.
    • Maintains communication with all Restaurants and Corporate Departments on all issues pertaining to Commissary operations.
    • Responds to and resolves all product quality and delivery issues.
    • Ensures that all safety requirements and guidelines are followed and that the Commissary adheres to all regulations established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) at all times.
    • Prepares and monitors the Commissary budget and makes adjustments as necessary to control costs.
    • Interviews, hires and trains all Commissary Team Members,  and Truck Drivers .
    • Ensures that all Commissary equipment is properly maintained and that equipment breakdowns are promptly addressed to meet production requirements. Evaluates and recommends equipment upgrades and replacement as needed.
    • Develops and monitors delivery schedules that meet all restaurant dough requirements and to ensure maximum efficiency in a cost effective manner.
    • Responsible for ordering all raw materials, products and equipment that are used at the Commissary and monitors and maintains the Commissary inventory.

    • Maintains all Commissary financial records and reports on Commissary activity as necessary.
