    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Director of Franchise Sales will be responsible to drive the franchise sales growth for Earl of Sandwich in the Americas. The Director of Franchise Sales will be critical to the identification and assessment of prospective franchise partners, selling franchises and growing the company's overall footprint.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

     

    • Ability to learn and understand the brand and communicate the opportunity to potential prospects
    • Coordinate the timely execution of approval and authorization documents
    • Continually source prospective buyers
    • Quickly develop rapport and trust with potential prospect s
    • Compile information quickly and resolve problems with short notice
    • Work at a fast pace and push deadlines and timelines
    • Coordinate all tasks to see each project through to timely completion
    • Communicate status and report progress regularly
    • Source and screen franchise prospects
    • Negotiate franchise deals
    • Take franchise prospects from application to franchise agreement execution
    • Presentation of financial analyses and business opportunities in clear and understandable terms to the Earl of Sandwich management team as well as third parties.
    • Review and monitor franchise disclosure agreement, fee adjustments and/or modifications to license agreements and makes recommendations to the Earl of Sandwich Leadership Team.
    • Performs related tasks as assigned.

    • Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Education:                     Bachelor's Degree required in Sales & Marketing preferred

     

    Experience:                   Minimum 5+ years of experience in a business director role and restaurant franchising business.

     

    Computer Skills:          Proficient computer skills, including basic MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

     

    Other Requirements: Ability to travel up to 75% of work time, with extensive days at a time, both domestically and internationally
